What drew you to working for MMD?
I was born in a family of competitors, dedicated to their country. My father used to tell us that our professional lives should have meaning for our nation. All of my family members chose professions contributing to the economic development of our country.
When I interviewed with Fabrimetal Sénégal, I heard the echo of my father’s voice — I never imagined meeting men and women with such a sense of patriotism. Stars in my eyes, I decided I wanted to be part of this ambitious project and great adventure.
What is your current role?
I work with people from different backgrounds throughout Fabrimetal to deliver products that exceed international standards. We work hand-in-hand to achieve the group’s vision, respecting our common values: integrity, job creation, economic wealth and respect for the environment.
What’s your typical day like?
My days are not alike and that’s what makes my job exciting. Every day is a challenge. We constantly work to meet the demands of the market. I am proud to promote a brand and products that create values and a real circular economy for Senegal.
What is your greatest passion?
I am passionate about people… and painting.
